Auto Expo 2010 - Only A Few booths Still Available
The Indian automotive industry has witnessed an
unprecedented boom in recent years, owing to the improvement in living
standards of the middle class, and a significant increase in their disposable
incomes. With the launch of the world’s most economical car, India has
become the global hub for its cost-competitive and technologically advanced
automotive products. With 2,000 exhibitors, 1,800,237 visitors and an
exhibition area of 120,000 sq.m., AUTO EXPO is India’s largest and most important
event for automobiles and automotive components. Taking place every two years,
AUTO EXPO is an ideal platform for the international automotive industry. The
event is recognised by many international companies as a gateway to the large
Indian market. For many exhibitors, including a range of global market leaders,
the exhibition has become a regular date in the diary. Trade visitors seeking
information on current themes in the automotive industry are also attracted by
the high-ranking trade seminars and symposia that accompany the event. Continuing on the theme ‘Mobility for all’, the 10th
Auto Expo 2010 scheduled from 5 to 11 January 2010 at Pragati Maidan, New
Delhi, India, will have a special emphasis on safe and environment-friendly
fuels/vehicles, design and engineering. Auto Expo 2010 will also have focus
pavilions besides other displays as in previous shows. The German official participation covers more than 500
sq.m. of space in Hall 1A. Nineteen German companies from the automotive
suppliers sector have applied within the official participation. Apart from the
companies within the German Pavilion, more leading German suppliers and also
the German leading carmakers are present at Auto Expo 2010. For further information go to www.auto-fairs.com or contact Mrs. Sylvia Vierck: e-mail sylvia.vierck@imag.de
