This year’s Moscow
International Automobile Salon (MIAS)/INTERAUTO takes place from 25 to
29
August 2010. The 6th INTERAUTO is being held at the most modern
fairground in Russia, the Crocus Expo International Exhibition Center
in Pavilion 2.
INTERAUTO 2010 will be the only official component of the largest
automotive
event for Russian motor-car enthusiasts and industry specialists, which
is also
generally regarded as the leading event: the Moscow International
Automobile
Salon (MIAS 2010). The fair is supported by the Organisation
Internationale des
Constructeurs d’Automobiles (OICA).
The German government has
announced there will again be an official German pavilion at INTERAUTO 2010.
German companies in the automotive industry will benefit from the very
attractive and interesting conditions within the official pavilion.
The Moscow International
Automobile Salon 2010 will be the main event in the Russian automotive calendar
this year. With most car manufacturers present, INTERAUTO 2010 will be able to
use the synergies and attract both high-ranking trade visitors from the OEMs as
well as many visitors from the aftermarket sections.
The results of the 2008
edition testify to the dynamic development of the trade fair, its high regard
among Russian and foreign experts, and also an increasing interest in the event
from the wider public. The statistics for the 2008 event reveal that about
1,000 companies from thirty countries around the world participated in
INTERAUTO 2008. All of the international car manufacturers will participate in
MIAS/INTERAUTO 2010.
The Moscow International
Automobile Salon and INTERAUTO 2010 will be accompanied by a high-level
business programme with various events such as press conferences, congresses,
