Auto Expo 2008 will open its doors from 10 to 17 January 2008 at the Pragati Maidan Exhibition Centre, New Delhi, India.

A total of 1,150 companies from 35 countries and regions participated in Auto Expo 2006. The exhibitors came from Canada, China, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Iran, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Russia, Singapore, Spain, Sri Lanka, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Tanzania, Thailand, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, USA and Uzbekistan. Furthermore, six countries participated with an own country pavilion: China, Germany, Iran, Italy, Taiwan, UK.

For 2008, the organizers expect about 1,200 exhibitors and over one million visitors. This makes AUTO EXPO India’s largest and most important event for automobiles and automotive components. Taking place every two years, AUTO EXPO is an ideal platform for the international automotive industry. Here it can present its latest products to a broad trade audience from the entire subcontinent.

Most of the international car manufacturers and many international suppliers have already confirmed their participation. Auto Expo is again fully booked out, there is no more space available.
